Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. The following are the terms and conditions that apply to cancellations:
- Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
- Order Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the item(s) to us in order to receive a refund. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
- Partial Cancellations: If you would like to cancel one or more items from your order but not the entire order, please contact our customer service team. If the item(s) have not yet shipped, we will cancel the item(s) and refund your payment for them. If the item(s) have already shipped, you will need to return them to us in order to receive a refund.
- Cancellation of Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, you can cancel your order before the item has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to us in order to receive a refund.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for canceled orders that have already been shipped.
We strive to process cancellations as quickly as possible. Once your order cancellation has been processed, you will be notified via email. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
